Cast Up A Highway

Here is a lesson I learned a couple of years ago. I imagine a number of you, my friends, have learned it too:

"Don’t hold on to things. They are seasonal, short term; there is a long term blueprint.

A blueprint is a future plan, a vision of what is to be. God has a blueprint for each individual life ~ yes, my friends, one for you and one for me. My goal is to be sure my life fulfills the blueprint in Gods mind for me. How we do this is the key. Of course, first one must realize the truth of this, that God put a purpose in our life, and He has made it possible for us to discover it.

It began when God's Son, Jesus, fulfilled His mission on earth (that we know the Father and that we are redeemed); we then had full access to God. As we accept Christ’s gift, we ourselves become righteous and able to communicate with Him, because God sends Holy Spirit to indwell us. We have our Triune God within us. God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit~

There is one God in three eternal and equal persons. The personhood lovingly relate in perfect unity and peace as the Godhead.

They share exactly the same attributes and power. The persona are distinct, yet indivisible.

This means their roles are different, but they always work together communicating with one mind and will in all things.

The Triune God enables us to enjoy His presence forever through His work of salvation.

Now the Jewish nation had an established relationship with the Father; but Jesus was changing it. Yes He made it Into a personal relationship beyond the veil, a personal relationship where people are born again into a new Kingdom. One has to become like a little child to enter... wholeheartedly in joy and thanksgiving.

One caveat Jesus said was, “ love one another as I have loved you”. my question was "How do YOU love me Jesus?" His response:  Unconditionally, accepting you right where you stand now. One example of that came to me ~  In the Bible was a man named Zacchaeus who was small in stature, a tax collector; he had power and was disliked. But Jesus called him down from the tree telling him He was coming to his house for lunch. Zacchaeus was elated!

Jesus is calling you and me to come down from our perch and join Him as the bread of life. Accept Him as the King of our heart to follow Him in love and obedience. In return He will be our Guide, our Protector, our Comforter, our Mentor. Life will have peace and joy.

Let me share a little more from John G Lake with you. This is a great meditation piece!

The following excerpt is taken from John G. Lake: His Life, His Sermons, His Boldness of Faith:

...Jesus went to heaven in order that the very treasury of the heart of the eternal God might be unlocked for your benefit that we might intimately know the Father, know His very heart

and that out of the very soul of the eternal God, the streams of His life and nature would possess you / us and in that knowing the very nature of God Himself would possess me;

and that in the knowing from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, and that there would be just as much of the eternal God in your toe nails and in your brain, as each are capable of containing and every cell of my being would be filled with the nature of God Himself

In other words, from the very soles of your feet to the last hair on the top of your head, every cell of your being, would be a residence of the Spirit of the living God. Man is made alive by God and with God, by the Spirit. And in the truest sense man is the dwelling place of God, the house of God, the tabernacle of the Most High. The Most High God Almighty Creator and Ruler of the universe dwells within me.

...A weak Christianity always wants to drop to the imperfect, and adjust itself to the popular mind. But a real Christianity ever seeks to be made perfect in God both in character and gifts.

Oh my friends, do you see the grandness of God’s blueprint for you? Let us together pursue God’s purpose for our lives and in the end, fulfilling the blueprint He has for each of us.

Oh the power of God that inhabits us when we accept Christ as Lord and Savior of our life!
Seek Him to know Him and His truth. Allow God to be the King of your heart!
