After gaining victory in the cancer battle, and resting for a space, it was time for the Lord's next assignment: a book. He sent a mind-capturing Scripture. Isaiah 62:10 began appearing everywhere, but what can you do with a Scripture like that: “Cast up a highway in the desert for my people”? But I was obedient  and phoned an engineer asking , “How do you build up a highway?”. Once the enginee...

My stomach just sunk as I watched the news, but anger stffened my back and shoulders.

A young boy recently committed suicide, because he said he was gay and got bullied. He was too young to even know what "gay" meant; but in school they taught little children all about the unnatural gay agenda. I blame that boy's death on the evil being propagated in our schools now. This is the result of the LGTB given their evil righ...

WITH US IN EVERY BATTLE  With the Word on our lips, we defeat every wile of the enemy; we walk with victory in every step, for our God is a mighty God! When we trust Him, He is always faithful, and that faith and trust will ease our fears, our struggles, our stress. There are always going to be storms and trials, because the enemy does not want us to be in relationship with Jesus Who defeate...

Astonishing! Amazing is our God Almighty! He is so huge; He created the universe and keeps all things in place so our world will continue to exist. The immensity of Who He is goes beyond words. I talk to Him about this, and about our relationship:

There is no way for me to comprehend why You, my God,  chose me, but You did. You created...

I remember ONE SPECIAL TIME when coincidence shaped my life. Talk about God’s plans and coincidence ~ coincidence is just a miracle where God chooses to remain anonymous. Sometimes it happens when we wait for His timing.

You see Bill, newly returned from Wyoming, was walking down the streets of St Paul one day and chanced to run into a former classmate, Tony from Tasmania. In t...

Temptations of these times can lead us into wrong thoughts and ways, and an independent spirit and pride can keep us from seeing life from God’s perspective. He so wants to bless us, but His Word must capture our hearts to get the fullest blessings.

From deep down in her heart a small bubble rose and showed as a shy smile on her face, a smile of hope. Just maybe it would happen. Not trusting completely, her p...

My heart finds it difficult to write at this time. There is such sorrow in my heart, even though I know joy in the Lord! Pain and sorrow. I must write and share what Holy Spirit gives my heart.

The Eagle

High in the sky an eagle soars, his movements purposeful and precise. Without warning wings folded, it dives swiftly earthward until its extended claws grab its prey. Dinner is served.

Lord, You designed the eagle, its warrior face and strength indicating its character. The ea...

A smile crossed my face as I spotted some kids playing baseball in the street the other day. It brought up memories of my own youth when our playground was the street. One particuar image was of someone's Grampa who use to sit on his porch almost everyday watching us k...

Good morning my Loving Lord. I praise You and lift You up. You my God are magnificent so powerful and full of love. I choose to focus on Your love this morning. Personally I can testify to it. You formed me in my mother’s womb, and watched over me as I began to grow up. You helped as my independent spirit formed. You helped me to tame it by Your hand of discipline. You never allowed me to go too far. You were a loving Father taking great care o...

Who is Jesus?

First, He is God's Son who chose to become human so as to free us from the (sinner's) debtor's prison run by satan.

I ask this  question...

Way back in the ancient past when I was in Catholic grade school we had to learn the Baltimore catechism. Some of it is still filed (current) in my mind to this day. The particular question and answer that popped up this morning was:

Twinkling eyes wide open in excitement as words pour out like water from a pressure hose. Tune the ear to general and raise the comprehension focus to high. Eyes behold body signs signaling great excitement! “You’ll never guess. . .!!"

Heart lifting contagious moments that only children can inspire. Why? When they get excited it’s ...

Wind tossing the trees around left leaves shouting out their glee. “What a frolic” they seemed to chatter. Walking through the woods in the late evening was a little spooky anyway without the wind. Hurriedly i moved down the path to our vacation cabin, hoping to arrive before dark closed in. My husband was not arriving until the morning, and I did not relish my time alone in the cabin this night.

I understand the law of capacity. One can only fill to receptor’s capacity. In plain English a six ounce glass can only hold 6 ounces of liquid.

Jesus told a story: A man was going on a trip, and was dispersing his wealth to the care of servants. He gave five bags of gold to one servant, two bags of gold to anothe...

FATHER, seems  every time i don't heed that still small voice, I get myself in a mess.  Forgive me for my non-attendance to your urging, Holy Spirit. I repent and I ask You for this year that You will speak louder in my ear, that I will be more attentive and hear You. Now as I step through the veil into the rest of 2018, Holy Spirit, I choose to be closer, more deeply connected to You.

2 Corinthians 4:16 (AMP) Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day.
