He is So Faithful!

This morning I was being attacked by a demon of distraction. Remembering what I read sometime ago, I realized that Jesus had given me the power to get rid of it. So I refocused and in Jesus' name was able to evict it. Now I could continue enjoying quiet time with my Lord :

Dear Lord, right now I don’t know where You are taking my life; feels like I am being tested as was Jesus in the desert. Help me come through as successfully as He did. Guide me Holy Spirit through my desert trials. I trust You to always be with me giving me truth and fortitude. I desire the strength of steel within as I join forces with You for every battle. I trust You, my God, my Strength. Lead me, guide me in my thoughts, words, and actions.

What do You say to me Holy Spirit? I open Biblegateway.com and there was my answer:

Isaiah 46:4 NIV
Even to your old age and gray hairs
I am He, I am He who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.

Wow! Our God is so faithful, He immediately answers me. Thank You, my Lord! You are so good! Thank You!

Next verses He brought me to are also from Isaiah~

Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV)
18 “Forget the former things;
    do not dwell on the past.
19
See, I am doing a new thing!
    Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
    and streams in the wasteland.

I am not to dwell on the past good or bad. You Lord are doing a new thing. This is the year when You do new things. And I trust You in the doing. What new things are You doing in my life? Are healing and teaching me how to heal and be healed? I bow before You, my God, opening my heart to receive, my mind to hear and obey.

You are leading me through the wilderness, and You are providing Holy Spirit flowing within me.  Holy Spirit, speak through my mouth, my pen, and let Your message flow from me. Humbly I bow before Your throne and ask if You will bring a coal from the fire of Your throne to cleanse my heart and anoint my mouth making it worthy to speak Your Word, Your message to others.

20 The wild animals honor Me   the jackals and the owls,
Who are the wild animals, the jackets and the owls? are they just as the words say~ wild critters? Or do they represent people always looking for what they can get?

because I provide water in the wilderness
    and streams in the wasteland,
to give drink to my people, my chosen,
21 the people I formed for myself
    that they may proclaim my praise.
Do we praise God when He gifts us with necessities and miracles? Do we honor and praise Him just because He is so good? Do we look thankfully each day for His many blessings?

22 “Yet you have not called on me, Jacob,
    you have not wearied yourselves for me, Israel.
. . .24
 You have not bought any fragrant calamus for me,
    or lavished on me the fat of your sacrifices.
But you have burdened me with your sins
    and wearied me with your offenses.

We have sinned O Lord. This nation which You formed for Yourself, has fallen under the enemy’s hand. We sacrifice our children to the god of convenience, the lord of fear. We have fallen into sexual sins of all kinds and call it ‘good’. We have been silent as the evil ones put a lid on You, trying to kick You out of our society. I bow down in repentance and ask You to guide me in Your will. Lead this nation back to You, my God! Show me how to pray and what my mission is in this battle.

25 “I, even I, am He who blots out
your transgressions, for my own sake,
    and remembers your sins no more.

Oh Father, thank You for Your forgiveness. We repent and You blot out our sins forever. Now help us to turn this people back around to You!! This country was created so that we the people could worship and praise You as part of who we are in our everyday life. We were to keep the government from interfering in our expression of our love and worship of You.

Lord, empower us to fight for You and for our country and the way it was created, giving You the rule, not satan. Lift up an army, Lord, an army willing to stand for righteousness and truth.

Empower Your troops to speak so ears will listen and hear. Remove the blinders from eyes that claim to know You but are blinded by satanic deception. Free all men to see truth clearly. Give the gift of discernment to our people that all evil's lies and deceptions may be  clearly exposed. Show the good people of our nation what to do to win this country back to You, my God! Send Your angels on missions of enlightenment and grace. Free this world from satan’s  evil clutches. Come Lord Jesus and lead us, our King of Kings!

Isaiah 43:4-7 (NIV)
4 Since you are precious and honored in my sight,
    and because I love you,
I will give people in exchange for you,
    nations in exchange for your life.

5 Do not be afraid, for I am with you;
    I will bring your children from the east
    and gather you from the west.
6 I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’
    and to the south, ‘Do not hold them back.’
Bring my sons from afar
    and my daughters from the ends of the earth—

Thank You Lord, You are reining in all Your children. (You are bringing even my family to know You and to love You). Thank You!

7 everyone who is called by my name,
    whom I created for my glory,
    whom I formed and made.”

You have not forsaken us , O Lord! Let all nations join our voices together in praise and thanksgiving to our God! He is mighty and powerful; He is loving and merciful!  Praise the Lord! Praise His Holy Name!
