Supernatural Relationship

Dear Friends, it is my desire to share with you what the Lord speaks to me in my quiet times with Him. Holy Spirit is our teacher who  was sent by the Father to teach us how to build relationship, that we might truly communicate together.

Reinhard Bonnke’s book Daily Fire speaks to this:
Communicating with God is the Christian distinction. Jesus forbade “vain repetitions” (Matthew 6:7). The disciples opened their hearts to God about everything, including their innermost feelings. They wrote letters that changed the usual good wishes and pleasantries into prayers. Paul wrote to Christians in Rome: “Without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers” (Romans 1:9). . . Some letters appear to be just extended prayers.

“If wishes were horses, beggars would ride, it is said, but the first Christians addressed wishes to the Father in the name of Jesus—and did receive! Praise God! The unbeliever wishes—the believer prays.

In the book of Acts, the soldiers and crew of a ship were in danger and “all hope that we would be saved was finally given up” (Acts 27:20).Paul prayed—and they were saved!

James prayed in the Christian way: “Pray for one another, that you may be healed” (James 5:16).

Like John writing to Gaius: “I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health” (3 John 2).

Prayer expects an answer. The unbeliever sighs, “If only…” The believer rejoices “in hope of the glory of God” (Romans 5:2). Today, pray… and expect Him to hear and answer!

Prayer is our powerful weapon against the enemy. I pray now: Praise You Mighty King of Kings! You are beautiful! I know this from the amazing sacrifice You made for me. You did this to save us from Satan’s hatred of You; and because I love You and You love me, he hates me too. You drew me out of his evil clutches, and now You protect me from him and all his deceitful works against me. I am healed by Your holy Word and by Your shed blood. It heals me from all the efforts of the enemy to bring harm to my body. i am healed and whole today!

As Reinhard said in His book, ‘When we pray we can expect an answer. A prayer is not a wish. It is going before our God knowing we are His child and He loves us.’

That speaks to my heart! Praying is going before God knowing He is my Daddy, I am His child, and He loves me. I can talk to Him about anything, ask Him for anything. He listens to me and answers me.

The Word in the Bible instructs us to pray.

Jude 20-21 (MSG)
But you, dear friends, carefully build yourselves up in this most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit, staying right at the center of God’s love, keeping your arms open and outstretched, ready for the mercy of our Master, Jesus Christ.
This is the unending life, the real life!

We pray about anything and everything. Our relationship with God is what makes life so much easier. We have supernatural help always within calling distance. Confused about a decision and what to do? Ask God for His help, and then listen to His answer, trust Him, and follow His advice.

James 1:5-6 (AMP)
If any of you lacks wisdom [to guide him through a decision or circumstance], he is to ask of [our benevolent] God, who gives to everyone generously and without rebuke or blame, and it will be given to him.

6 But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting
[God’s willingness to help], for the one who doubts
is like a billowing surge of the sea that is blown about and tossed by the wind.

As we spend time with the Lord each day building our relationship, we will find our prayer life gaining strength and belief.  Our God is so loving, and He desires to provide the way for us to attain all that He has to give us. All we need do is cooperate. Once we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, a whole new world opens. Our spirits are freed to explore the mighty life in a sprit to Spirit bond. God is all knowing and time spent with Him can be exciting and joy filled.

My friends, do not miss out on this huge blessing. Don’t allow the enemy to inflate your pride so you miss out on this new life; be willing to submit to a loving Father, for He wants only the best for you. Remember His Son died for you. Get to know Him and you will be able to trust Him. He is faithful!
