What can you do when you have God revealing His plan for your life, and then helping you to do the work He requires for that good plan to be fulfilled? Oh my goodness! What more can we ask?
What is your biggest fear? your strongest doubt? Your weakness? God can take care of all of these! He is big enough to defeat whatever enemy is bringing fear into your life. He can show you how to evict the demon of doubt from your mind. Where you are weak, you can be strong in Christ’s strength. God has the answers for you, because He loves you. You are His beloved child whom He treasures. Today go before Him, repent of your sins, and ask Him to be the Lord of your life. Ask Jesus to come and live in your heart forever. He wants to take your burdens away:
Matthew 11:28-30 (AMPC)
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]
29 Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.
30 For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good—not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.
See the love with which Jesus speaks. He desires us to have a better life where He can ease burdens of body and soul. It is difficult to describe all that is entailed in a relationship with God. It does not mean that life will be without difficulties, sorrows and challenges. It means He will be there to walk through them with us, to add His strength, to bring His comfort. We never have to walk alone when we are in relationship with God. He is always there for us.
Yet I am always with you;
you hold me by my right hand.
24 You guide me with your counsel,
Matthew 28:20 (NIV)
20 And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
My heart speaks truth~ Living in relationship with an Almighty, All Powerful God who loves us, yes, even treasures us, is a rewarding experience that brings blessings and joy to life. Knowing God and speaking with Him daily brings a joyful beginning to each new day. Life changes when we introduce a loving God into it.
