1 Samuel 2:30. . .. For those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed.
You deserve all honor and glory Lord! Help us to never fail to honor You. In reading Scripture this morning it rang in my heart ~ God You deserve every honor and respect I can give. As I prayed, the Lord said, “Mary, Mary. Feast your eyes on Me. What to do you see?”
And my spirit saw a joy like a rainbow thread twisting and turning with grace as a kite in the wind flown by a master. And the joy began to fill my being. And I saw my Lord full of light and glory and power. You are enormous, monumental, gigantic in being and in dominance, yet also benign in Your careful touch upon Your beloved children. And Father You are good. You do nothing but good. Any who would judge You different do not know You. And by the way, which of Your creation has the ability to judge You? Ha! Ha! That’s funny.
Seeing Your glory, the light is not white, it is full of color. White light is the combination of all color. Your glory is a graceful swirling power of color and shines right into my spirit, causing it to swirl in a joyous dance among the stars in the sky. Have you seen the nebulae and other creations that exist in the universes? They’re beautiful gifts God has placed there for our discovery and enjoyment. Do you find it amazing that God has created all this just for us? that He loves us so much? that He places us so high in His thoughts? Some say there must be other life out there because of the immensity of the universes; they do not know the enormity of the love our Father has for us. He did send His Son to earth to take on our nature and form, to teach us about Him and how much He truly cares for us, and the depth of His desire for us to spend eternity with Him. This same Son was disrespected by us, and beaten bloody, and nails were driven through His hands and feet attaching Him to a wooden cross where His body died. . . to save me and you. Yes, died, but He was raised from the dead three days later in victory. Remember He did it all for us.
Oh Father, thank You. We can please You most by helping others to see You and Your love by teaching them Jesus. Assist us in demonstrating Your love and mercy and goodness to Your people. Open their eyes to desire, and to actually don Jesus as their Lord and Savior, as they begin to grasp the Truth. Give them the joy of knowing You! Work through us most loving Lord!
